As a member of Pulterit ry you can be involved in many activities and as a member you will have the opportunity to be part of the board of directors, who decide on the affairs of the association. Through the board, members can also influence how student activities could be developed in the future. Pulterit organises various events, parties, excursions, sports days, prints the student magazine Isko twice a year and organises other activities for its members.
Only students majoring or minoring in geology are eligible for membership. To become a member, contact the board either in person or via email to pulterithal[at]utu.fi. One-year membership costs 5 e and five-year membership costs 20 e. You can join the association’s email list here. As a member of the mailing list, you will receive information about upcoming events organised by the subject associations, potential job opportunities and anything else of interest to geology students.
